This Privacy Policy explains how Brainless Robot LLC, the operator of PMPracticeLab, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you visit PMPracticeLab.com, create an account, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use our services.
1. Information we collect

Account information
When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication credentials, account preferences, and subscription status.
Study and activity information
We may collect information about how you use the platform, including:
- Practice questions attempted and answers selected.
- Practice-exam scores and completion history.
- Study progress, performance statistics, and readiness indicators.
- Bookmarks, saved questions, notes, and preferences.
- Dates, times, and duration of platform activity.
Transaction information
When you purchase a subscription, payment information is processed by our payment provider. We may receive limited transaction details such as your subscription plan, billing status, purchase date, renewal date, payment method type, and transaction identifier.
We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Communications
We collect information you provide when you contact customer support, request a refund, submit feedback, report a problem, respond to a survey, or otherwise communicate with us.

Merchant of Record — Paddle
We use Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, billing, invoicing, tax collection, subscription management, refunds, and related customer service on our behalf.
When you make a purchase, Paddle receives the transaction information needed to complete your order, including your name, email address, billing country, payment method type, and purchase details. Paddle’s handling of this information is governed by its Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.
Sale or sharing of personal information
PM Practice Lab is not designed to sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures involving analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.
Where applicable, we will provide any legally required notice, consent mechanism, or method to opt out.

8. Children’s privacy
PM Practice Lab is intended for adults preparing for professional certification examinations and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete the information where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technologies, or legal obligations.
