Refund Policy

PMPracticeLab is operated by Brainless Robot LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of California, USA. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, invoicing, taxes, and refund transactions on our behalf.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases (Monthly subscription and Exam Pass). If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us or Paddle directly.

California residents: nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606), or other applicable California consumer protection laws.

Monthly subscription

  • You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time from your billing page or by contacting Paddle. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Renewals: after the 14-day window, mid-cycle renewals are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the service has been materially unavailable.
  • Automatic renewal is disclosed at checkout as required by the California Automatic Renewal Law. You will receive a purchase acknowledgement summarizing the renewal terms and cancellation method.

Exam Pass (one-time, 90-day access)

  • The Exam Pass is a one-time purchase granting 90 days of full access. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
  • Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund is available on request. After 14 days, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, extended service outage), subject to any rights required by law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order, or
  2. Contact us at support@pmpracticelab.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times typically add 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension.
